Before you buy a new Computer System for your use (office or home) be aware…
-
Are you buying a system of a Company, which supports your hardware in future as well.
-
Is your computer company going to support your software updates in future as well.
-
Does your system provider provide BIOS update in future as market changes.
-
Are you getting all details with your system …what kind of hardware you have in your system and where you can find the updates time after time.
Remember:
The key is to find a good system.
-
Don’t look for a cheap System. You might face big troubles later on when youdecide to update/upgrade your system.
-
It’s better to spend may be couple hundred dollar extra first time rather then buying cheap and getting no where later.
-
Make sure you are getting the brand name genuine parts in your system.
-
Get all the details and model numbers of your system and hardware as well so, later, if you need, you will be able to find updates with manufacturers of Drivers, BIOS etc.
Updating old one.
-
Do you have the user’s guide and manuals that came with your system first time. That will help you a lot.
-
Is your system carrying brand name parts (Motherboard etc.), if not you won’t be able to update BIOS and without BIOS update most of the time it’s impossible to upgrade your hardware and software as well (some old BIOS system don’t support Windows 2000 or Windows XP). Windows XP provides a useful feature… before installing or upgrading to XP you can run system compatibility program to find out if XP is supported by your hardware components or not.
-
Remember some of the even big companies provide the System Motherboard from third party and in that case no one support that product later on for update or upgrade.
